What to Bring:
Water, running shoes, spikes (not required), layers of clothing.
What to Expect:
Each practice will begin with a warm-up run and dynamic stretching. Workouts will consist of skills, drills, and games to improve mechanics, speed, and skill based on the athletes preferred events. Practice ends with cool-down stretches and conditioning.
Inclement Weather Policy:
Parents will be notified of cancellation via text message and email, one hour prior to the start of practice.
